Refund & Exchange Policy - We have carefully chosen these organic products however if you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item in perfect condition within 10 days and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded). Our fabrics and workmanship are covered by a five year guarantee. In the unlikely event of faults appearing, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

For any damaged products, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide you with a full refund. ***By following the care instructions you will enhance the life of the product.

Privacy and Security - ecoLinen Australia collects the information required to fulfil your order and uses your information only for purposes related to the services we provide.

Email Communications - If you’ve received an email newsletter from us, it is because you registered for our newsletter or have ordered from us previously. If you would prefer not to receive anymore email newsletters, please email us at HQ@ecolinen.com with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

Freight - Freight charges are based on the total amount of your purchases and are added to your purchases as you proceed through the checkout. Currently our freight charges (including postage and insurance) are as follows.

Postage - Australian customers will be charged Goods & Services Tax whilst customers outside Australia will be free of tax. We use Australia Post Express Post bags within Australia which Guarantee Next Business Day delivery within their Network. We process all orders received within 7 days and most within 48 hours.

All orders outside of Australia are mailed using Air Mail and should be received within 7-10 days to most world destination. International Postage is GST free.

TAX FREE PRICING - All overseas customers are GOODS AND SERVICES TAX EXEMPT (that is: exempt from our local GST of 10%). Initial pricing shown is Inclusive of Tax for local customers.
