Pure 100% EUROPEAN FLAX ecoLinen Sheet Pure 100% European Flax Linen is a natural and beautiful fabric. There will be slight variations in the weave and colour, this is normal.
Although they will arrive pre-washed, some variation may remain. It is also normal for colour to vary between batches

We use GOTS certified organic cotton fitted sheets and DLS Certified EUROPEAN LINEN flat sheets on our bed, its a beautiful way to sleep. We highly recommend mixing and matching sheet fibres until you find your best sleep!
Please be aware that darker colours may fade over time, best to dry them in the shade and to keep them out of strong sunlight where possible.

Care Instructions:
Washing: Best washed between 20°C-40°C with a gentle wash and natural detergent. Don't use anything harsh with your Flax Linen - line dry, be aware dark colours may fade in the sunlight.
Tumble Drying: If really necessary, use a low/gentle setting, DON'T over dry your Flax Linen - remove when 85% dry and lay flat to finish drying, minimising wrinkles.
Returns Policy: If you have any issues or would like to return a product, please email us at hello@ecolinen.com and our team will happily work with you to resolve the matter promptly and professionally. We are extremely proud of our products and unconditionally stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return and/or exchange of any of our products (excluding pillows and quilts) for any reason within 90 days of its original purchase.
Refunds for returns are provided back through the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. Where the product is returned due to a fault in the product we will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund. Where the product is returned for any other reason we will provide a refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
Shipping Detail: We provide Delivery to Australian domestic locations using third party carriers. Our delivery charge is a flat rate within Australia up to orders over $200 where the freight becomes free. Our dispatch promise is 24-48hrs from our warehouse. AusPost Delivery times can vary dependent upon the delivery location. As a guide, deliveries to the eastern seaboard capitals is typically 1-2 business days, other capitals and major regional cities is generally 2-5 business days. We will, where available, provide you with the tracking details for your delivery so you can track its progress. Deliveries to international locations will attract an additional delivery charge. We will advise you accordingly prior to us accepting the order.

Should we wash our new bedding before use?
Yes, the organic cotton products are oversized so that once washed once or twice they will fit perfectlyOur waterproof protection range can be used immediately, without washing first
What is the depth of the organic cotton fitted sheets and will they fit my mattress?
40cms deep for smaller size mattresses and 45cms deep for larger mattresses. Made with strong elastics that pull the sheet underneath if your mattress is lower.
When will my order be dispatched?
